For travellers with enough time, combining national park and private reserve can deliver two genuinely different perspectives.
Inside the park itself, Hamiltons Tented Camp and Hoyo Hoyo Safari Lodge are on the private Mluwati Concession, where drives run twice a day and vehicles may leave the road. Both have six suites, are fully inclusive and take guests from 12 unless booked exclusively.
