The information we want before arrival
Flight details, passenger numbers, luggage, destination, onward timing and any special movement requirements help us plan the right operation. For groups or multiple arrivals, coordination becomes even more important. Every airport transfer is private, and your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a board showing your name. Luggage is 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per person; if you need more space we can arrange a larger vehicle, subject to availability and a surcharge. Golf bags, bicycles and surfboards need to be arranged in advance. We monitor incoming flight arrivals and coordinate collection arrangements when flights are delayed. Child seats can be arranged in advance. Please provide the children’s ages when requesting your transfer. Cancellation terms are set out in our terms and conditions.
