Little Mongena trades the fenced gardens and larger facilities of Main Lodge for ten safari tents overlooking the dam in an unfenced bush setting. With only 20 guests, the experience is quieter and more safari-led.

The camp's minimum age of 12 and two-activity daily rhythm suit guests who are ready to make wildlife and the bush the focus of the stay. It can also work well for a small celebration or special-interest group.
