The main building holds 18 Superior Rooms and 3 Luxury Classic Suites; below it, ten Earth Grotto Suites are dug into the cliff edge with rammed-earth walls, planted domed roofs, kitchenettes, outdoor showers and deep verandas over the gorge, and one of them is wheelchair accessible. Two Panorama Suites and the four-bedroom Khoza House give self-catering options, the house sold whole for up to eight. Mumsy's restaurant, a cafe, a bar, a library, a spa, two pools, a chapel and events facilities are on site. Breakfast is included for rooms and suites, and Kruger's Phabeni Gate is about 48 km away.
