To ensure the long term survival of the wild cheetah and its ecosystems through the implementation of a National Management Plan employing integrated conservation programs, research and education.” This is the mission statement made by the management of Ann Van Dyk Cheetah Centre, a truly heart-warming experience and as they put it “a race against extinction”.

At the Cheetah centre, we enjoy a three hour guided wildlife tour during which you will see and learn about the cheetah, African wild dog, caracal, African wild cat, vultures and various antelope species. These tours led by a knowledgeable guide who will present many cheetah and wildlife facts.
